1. Event Registration
Once registered, your spot is reserved. If you cannot attend, please notify us as early as possible.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally provided if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the event start time. For trips with pre-booked transport, specific conditions may apply.
3. No-Show Policy
Repeated no-shows without prior notification may result in temporary limitations for future event registrations.
